the Joomla user’s training, is the editor of this book.
The Dutch government also chooses open source

opensource-110x95.pngIn the Netherlands the Lower House supports the plan of action proposed by the Minister of State Frank Heemskerk (Economic Affairs) for the government to make more use of ‘free’ software.

Government services must make more use of open standards and open source software. They may only deviate from this if they have good reason to do so. This must lead to more competition between businesses and lower costs for the government.
